- Business administration such as accounting, bookkeeping and payroll using various programs such as MYOB, Reckon, Xero, SAP and Excel.
- Business startup how to register a business, create a domain name, logo and business name, brain storming techniques, website design, social media marketing, feasibility studies, market research, product research, and SWOT analysis.
- Operating Systems: Am highly proficient using Windows, Mac OS, iOS and have some android experience.
- Office suites to a professional standard: Microsoft: Word, Excel, Power-Point, Publisher. Apple: Pages, Numbers and Keynote.
- Graphic Design to professional standard: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Flash, photos, iMovie, Gimp,
- Can create websites using various apps and online software including Weebly.
- Able to use smart board, audio and visual equipment.
- Programming using HTML, Javascript, Scratch, Python, Swift.

- Created lesson plans for grade 7 to 9 Science and Math subjects in line with AITSL to achieve learning goals.
- Successfully transition classes from outside to inside the class and settle.
- Used various techniques to teach such as explicit direction and student direction.

- Teach customers about products and guide customers by providing IT support is transferrable in a class setting. Some customers are reluctant to learn (as students can be) the ability to build confidence and inspiration to learn, whilst scaffolding to achieve goals is alike in a classroom setting.
- Conflict resolution able to solve complex NBN and internet issues whilst providing customers with support throughout. This is transferrable in a classroom setting when negotiating with students who are not cooperating in class whilst trying to achieve learning goals.
- Fix many software issues with various mediums and able to resolve some general IT issues, this is useful in a classroom setting to ensure digital technology is successfully functioning throughout classes.
